This new manual Coagulation
analyzer measure all clotting based Coagulation tests
with a quarter of the regulary volumes.

The Coefficient of Variation (CV) is <2-5%
depending on test and reagent used.
A new double-micro cuvette allows an effective and
quick work, even for more samples.
A unique automatic amplification is especially designed
for all new sensitive Thromboplastin reagents and
equalize high differences of turbidity from reagents
and samples. All specific test parameters are stored
in the system.
The Coatron M4 fits perfect into medium size laboratories.
For the usage in Emergency laboratories it is fairly
suitable.

Technical Description
The Coatron M4 is a micro-computer controled Coagulation
instrument with two channels and a LC-Display. The
tests will be selected through keys on a foil keyboard.
The dialog language is user friendly and selectable
in English and German. Other languages can be provided
optionally.
The Main program offers the following menus:
ANALYSIS
SETUP-TEST
SETUP-SYSTEM
SERVICE
The measurement can be started manually by pressing
the OPTIC-key in the same time when reagent is added
or with a connected Autopipette. The results are displayed
in the measured dimension and can be converted into
other desired dimensions by pressing the UNIT-key.
A connected printer will automatically print out the
results in all dimensions with Optic channel and test
name. A patient identification No. can be optionally
selected between "NO PAT.ID", "MANUAL
ENTRY" and "AUTO-SERIES" with Start
No.
Using the TECO Softwaretools the measuring curve
data can be transmitted to a Persoanl Computer and
loaded by any spreadsheet with graphic function. Software
updayes are realized with an easy download from a
computer to the instrument.
